摘  要:采用溶液沉淀法制备选择性激光烧结(SLS)用聚酰胺66(PA66)/CuO复合粉体,通过差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪和霍尔流速计等仪器对复合粉体的热性能、烧结温度窗口、微观形貌、粒度分布和流动性等性能进行测试与分析。研究发现,通过溶剂沉淀法成功制备了PA66/CuO复合粉体,该工艺流程能促进PA66的α晶型的生长;PA66/CuO复合粉体的熔点与结晶温度随着纳米CuO用量的增加均呈现先增后减的趋势;纳米CuO的加入能够降低复合粉体的粒径,改善其流动性能,当纳米CuO用量为PA66质量的5%时,复合粉体的平均粒径最小(37.10μm),流动性能最优;纳米CuO的加入可将复合粉体的烧结温度窗口从6.6℃提高至10~11℃。加入纳米CuO的复合粉体更有利于SLS成型的应用。PA66/CuO composite powders for selective laser sintering(SLS)was prepared by the solution precipitation method.The thermal properties,sintering temperature window,micro-morphology,particle size distribution and flowability of powders were studied and analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter,electron scanning microscope,laser particle size analyzer,Hall flowmeter and so on.The results show that PA66/CuO composite powders were successfully prepared by solvent precipitation method,and the process flow can promote the growth of PA66αcrystal form.The melting point and crystallization temperature of PA66/CuO composite powders show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the content of nano-CuO increases.The addition of nano-CuO can reduce the average particle size of the composite powders,improve their flow performance.And when the nano-CuO content is 5%of the mass of PA66,the average particle size of the composite powders is the smallest(37.10μm),and the flow performance is the best.Meanwhile,the addition of nano-CuO increases the sintering temperature window of the composite powders from 6.6℃to 10–11℃,the addition of nano-CuO makes the composite powders more conducive to the use of SLS molding.
