摘  要:首先介绍了杂化多尺度碳纳米材料(包括碳纳米管和石墨烯等)/纤维增强体的构筑工艺,包括喷涂–浸涂工艺、化学气相沉积工艺、化学氧化接枝工艺、电泳沉积工艺和上浆剂复合工艺。分析了树脂/多尺度增强体的界面增强机制和失效模式,探讨了多尺度增强体对复合材料综合性能的影响,展望了多尺度增强体增强复合材料未来发展方向。针对多尺度增强体的优势和不足,指出需通过界面结构设计进一步提高碳纳米材料与纤维之间的界面结合强度,多尺度界面增强和失效机制将是下一步研究的重点方向。The construction technologies of hybrid multi-scale carbon nanomaterials(including carbon nanotubes and graphene)/fiber reinforcements were first introduced,including spraying coating-dip coating,chemical vapor deposition,chemical oxidation grafting,electrophoretic deposition,and fiber sizing compound.The interfacial strengthening mechanism and failure modes between multi-scale reinforcements and resin matrix were analyzed,the influences of multi-scale fiber reinforcements on the comprehensive properties of fiber reinforced composites were discussed,and the development direction of multi-scale reinforcement reinforced composites was also expected.According to the advantages and disadvantages of multi-scale reinforcements,the interfacial adhesion strength between the carbon nanomaterials and fibers should be further strengthened through the design of interfacial structure,and the interfacial strengthening and failure mechanism would be the key development direction in the future.
