摘 要:综述了新型无卤阻燃剂哌嗪磷酸盐的研究现状,详细介绍了焦磷酸哌嗪和聚磷酸哌嗪等哌嗪磷酸盐类阻燃剂的合成方法及性能,比较了各种合成方法的优缺点,并简要概述了哌嗪磷酸盐类在聚烯烃、尼龙6等多种聚合物材料中的阻燃改性应用,最后展望了此类阻燃剂的发展前景,指出哌嗪磷酸盐类阻燃剂性能优异,极具发展潜力,表面改性及与其它类型阻燃剂复配可进一步提升其使用性能,是未来研究的重点。The research status of piperazine phosphate as a novel halogen-free flame retardant was reviewed.The preparation and properties of piperazine phosphate flame retardants such as piperazine pyrophosphate and piperazine polyphosphate were introduced in detail,and both the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.The applications of piperazine phosphate flame retardants in polyolefins,nylon 6 and other polymer materials were summarized.Finally,the prospect of the development for piperazine phosphate flame retardants was also forecasted.It was pointed out that piperazine phosphate is an excellent flame retardant with great market potential.Surface modification or compounding with other synergistic flame retardants could further improve their performance and would be the focus of future research.
