摘　　要：干旱是影响小麦生长发育及产量的一个主要非生物胁迫因素.植物的抗旱性可通过抗旱性指标来体现.在小麦抗旱鉴定及抗旱品种培育的过程中,简便、可靠、快捷的鉴定指标具有重要意义.归纳了近年来国内外小麦抗旱性鉴定指标的研究现状,从小麦抗旱的外部形态特征、内部生理指标及产量指标三个方面进行了综述,并对分子育种技术在小麦抗旱育种中的应用及进展进行了简要总结,可为深入研究小麦抗旱性、培育抗旱种质资源提供有利信息.Drought is a major abiotic stress factor affecting wheat growth and yield.Drought resistance of plants is reflected by drought resistance index.In the process of measuring wheat drought resistance and cultivating droughtresistant varieties,simple,reliable and rapid identification indicators are of great significance.In this paper,the research progress on identification indicators of wheat drought resistance in recent years were summarized.The wheat external morphological characteristics,internal physiological indicators and yield index were discussed in detail,and the application and progress of molecular breeding technology in drought resistance breeding of wheat are summarized briefly,which could provide useful information for further studying wheat drought resistance and cultivating droughtresistant germplasm.
