摘　　要：随着社会主义法治国家建设的推进、国家治理体系治理能力建设的深入,与之相适应的新时代卓越法治人才培养的改革创新也亟须日益深化。新时代卓越法治人才的培养较以往有着更具体的标准和更丰富的内涵。须从德法兼修卓越法治人才培养的研究与实践、法学学科建设的理论与实践、新技术对法学教育教学的影响与应用、域外法学教育视界等视角积极推进与改革创新,《法学教育研究》要更加积极适应新时代法治人才培养的新要求,为推进法学教育质量的提升,服务法治国家建设提供智力支持。With the advancement of the construction of a rule-of-law socialist country and the deepening of the governance capacity of the national administration system,the reform and innovation in the training of excellent legal talent under the rule of law in the new era corresponding to this need to be further deepened.In the new era,the training of excellent legal talent serving for the rule of law has more specific standards and richer connotations than in the past.The author of this article believes that the training of the excellent rule-of-law talent must be positive from the perspectives of research and practice in training talents with a combination of promoting both virtue and law,the theory and practice of legal discipline construction,the impact and application of new technologies on law education,and the perspective of extraterritorial law education.The journal,Legal Education Research,should more actively adapt to the new requirements for the training of legal personnel in the new era,and provide intellectual support for improving the quality of legal education and serving the construction of rule of law in our country.
