中医药综合治疗老年高尿酸与痛风性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药综合治疗老年高尿酸血症及痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年07月~2017年07月在我院风湿病科、治未病科门诊及住院患者73例,简单随机化将患者随机分为中医治疗组(虎慈痛风散内服合刺络放血、加味金黄散外敷)和对照组(秋水仙碱内服),对比两组治疗1疗程(7d)后的血尿酸、关节肿胀积分、Budzyuski关节疼痛行为积分、关节功能状态积分评分变化。结果:两组患者治疗前后血尿酸均有显著下降,P<0.05,组间比较无统计学意义;两组治疗前后病情分级评分均有显著下降,组间比较无统计学意义。结论:中医治疗组与对照组疗效相似,安全性好,血尿酸下降是否与治疗措施相关尚待进一步研究。Objectives:To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on senile hyperuricemia and gouty arthritis.Methods:73 inpatient and outpatient cases were retrieved from the Department of Rheumatology and Department of Preventive Medicine in our hospital.By simple randomization,patients were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group(Huci Gout Powder took internal medicine and blood-letting therapy,Modified Jinhuang Powder external application) and a controlled group(Colchicine).After 7 days,the blood uric acid,joint swelling score,Budzyuski score,and joint function score were compared.Results:The blood uric acid was decreased significantly in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but the difference was no significant between both groups.The scores were decreased significantly in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant between both groups.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and Colchicine had comparable efficacy and both were safe.Whether the decrease in blood uric acid is associated with the treatment warrants further study.
