更年骨坚方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(肝肾阴虚型)对患者血清Leptin、BGP、E2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察更年骨坚方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMO)(肝肾阴虚型)对患者血清瘦蛋白(Leptin)、骨钙素(BGP)、雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法:将2016年2月-2019年2月本院的PMO(肝肾阴虚型)患者102例随机分为研究组与对照组,每组51例,对照组给予鲑降钙素治疗,研究组给予更年骨坚方联合鲑降钙素治疗,观察比较两组治疗总有效率,并于治疗前后记录两组患者的骨密度(BMD)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、BGP、Leptin、E2水平,以及记录视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分结果,记录治疗期间不良反应的发生例数。结果:经治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率及BMD、E2、Leptin水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分及BGP、BALP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间的不良反应率均较低,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:更年骨坚方能提高治疗PMO(肝肾阴虚型)的临床疗效,促进骨生长、增加骨强度,改善雌激素水平及疼痛症状,且具有较高的用药安全性。Objective:To explore the effect of using Gengnian Gujian Recipe in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO)(Liver-kidney Yin-deficiency Type) on the levels of serum leptin(Leptin),bone gla protein(BGP) and estradiol(E2).Methods:A total of 102 PMO patients(Liver-kidney Yin-deficiency Type) in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into study group and controlled group,51 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Salmon Calcitonin,while the observation group was treated with Gengnian Gujian Recipe combined with Salmon Calcitonin.The total response rate of treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.The levels of bone mineral density(BMD),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),BGP,Leptin and E2 before and after treatment,scores of visual analog scale(VAS),and number of cases with adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were recorded.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of treatment,levels of BMD,E2 and Leptin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).VAS scores,levels of BGP and BALP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gengnian Gujian Recipe can improve clinical curative effect on PMO(liver-kidney Yin-deficiency type),promote bone growth,increase bone strength,improve estrogen level and pain symptoms,with relatively higher medication safety.
