上肢针刺下肢穴位点刺联合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察上肢针刺+下肢穴位点刺联合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月本院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者82例,随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规康复治疗进行肢体康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予上肢针刺+下肢穴位点刺治疗,比较两组患者的步行能力、步态及平衡功能和下肢运动功能等指标。结果:治疗前,两组患者的步行能力、步态及平衡功能和下肢运动功能等相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组的Holden步行分级、10-MWT及6-MWT测试、Tinetti、BBS和FMA-LE评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:.上肢针刺+下肢穴位点刺联合康复治疗能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能和步行功能,其效果优于常规康复治疗,值得临床推广与应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of upper limbs acupuncture and lower limbs acupoint pricking combined with rehabilitation therapy on walking function for stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Eighty-two stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to the hospital between January 2017 and December 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group and a controlled group by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The controlled group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy for limb rehabilitation training.The observation group were treated with upper limbs acupuncture and lower limbs acupoint pricking on the basis of the controlled group.The walking ability,gait and balance function,and lower limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in walking ability,gait and balance function or lower limb motor function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).Besides,the Holden walking classification,10-MWT and 6-MWT,Tinetti,BBS and FMA-LE scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Upper limbs acupuncture and lower limbs acupoint pricking combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the balance function and walking function in stroke patients with hemiplegia,and the effect is better than conventional rehabilitation therapy.
