摘　　要：同行评审(PeerReview)是国际上科技期刊稿件评审的基本制度。科技出版商已经使用一些早期人工智能(ArtificialIntelligence,AI)技术来增强和自动化同行评审中涉及的任务,包括同行评审行政管理环节的编辑管理系统、专家同行评审过程的论文和评审专家分析和匹配以及数据核查和验证环节的人工智能应用。人工智能既可能解决同行评审系统中出现的问题,也面临科技出版价值判断的伦理困境、数据开放和可靠性以及科技出版产业集中度进一步提高的挑战。The Peer Review is the basic system for reviewing manuscripts in academic journals internationally.Science,Technology and Medicine(STM)publishers have used some of the early Artificial Intelligence(AI)technologies to enhance and automate the tasks involved in peer review,including editorial management systems for peer review administration,peer review process papers and review expert analysis and matching,and data verification and validation Artificial Intelligence application in syndrome links.Artificial Intelligence may not only solve the problems in peer review system,but also face the ethical dilemma of value judgment,data openness and reliability,and the challenge of further improving the concentration of STM publishing industry.
