摘 要:马赛克战是一个以决策为中心的系统作战兵力设计概念,通过灵活重组作战力量,为己方创造适应性,为敌方创造复杂性或不确定性.分析马赛克战概念精髓,提出一种基于马赛克战理念的协同作战系统方案,从面向复杂环境的高可靠安全通信,基于开放式架构的资源管理与调度,基于协同的自主决策与智能任务规划3个方面对系统构建的关键技术进行分析,为我国开展分布式协同作战系统研制提供参考.Mosaic warfare is a decision-centric concept of system operation forces design.By flexibly reorganizing combat forces,mosaic warfare creates adaptability for oneself and complexity or uncertainty for the enemy.Analyzes the essence of the concept of mosaic warfare,and designs a cooperative operation system based on the concept of mosaic warfare.Explore the key technologies of the system construction from three aspects:complex environment oriented high reliable and secure communication,resource management and scheduling based on open architecture,autonomous decision-making and intelligent task planning based on collaboration.It can provide a reference for the research of distributed cooperative operation system.
