摘  要:目的建立饮用水中18种多环芳烃的固相萃取-GC-MS/MS检测方法。方法建立自动固相萃取水样条件,对水样进行固相萃取,优化仪器的进样条件,并采用程序升温大体积不分流进样,气相色谱-串联质谱法分离检测。结果使用大体积不分流进样技术,多环芳烃检测灵敏度比传统不分流进样提高了近10倍;使用自动固相萃取技术,500倍的水样浓缩进一步提高了检测灵敏度,同时缩短了前处理时间,提高了工作效率,避免低沸点多环芳烃组分的损失。18种多环芳烃在0.1μg/L^25.0μg/L线性相关系数都在0.999以上,精密度<5.0%(n=8),低浓度(5 ng/L)、中浓度(25 ng/L)、高浓度(50 ng/L)的回收率分别为64.8%~113.1%、83.2%~114.2%和89.2%~117.3%。各组分检出限在0.010 ng/L^0.072 ng/L。结论本方法是一种非常灵敏、高效的检测方法,能够满足饮用水中多环芳烃快速检测要求。Objective To establish a solid phase extraction-GC-MS/MS method for the determination of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in drinking water.Methods The condition of automatic solid phase extraction for water samples was established.The solid phase extracting of water samples was carried out,the injecting condition of the instrument was optimized.Using the program of heating and large volume splitless injection,the separation and detection were carried out with GC-MS/MS.Results With the technology of large volume splitless injection,the sensibility of the detection of PAHs was nearly 10 times higher than that of the traditional splitless injection.With the technology of automatic solid phase extraction,and 500 times’concentration of the water sample,the sensitivity of the detection was further improved.In addition,the preprocessing time was shortened,productivity was increased,and the loss of low boiling point PAHs was avoided.Within the range of 0.1μg/L-25.0μg/L,the linear correlation coefficients of 18 PAHs were all above 0.999,and the precision was less than 5.0%(n=8).The recoveries of low(5 ng/L),medium(25 ng/L)and high(50 ng/L)were respectively within 64.8%-113.1%,83.2%-114.2%and 89.2%-117.3%.The detection limit of each component was within 0.010 ng/L and 0.072 ng/L.Conclusion This method is a very sensitive and efficient detection method,which can meet the requirement of rapid detection of PAHs in drinking water.
