摘 要:目的分析门诊及住院感染沙门菌患者的血清型及细菌耐药性,并分析其食品暴露情况,为临床合理用药和食源性监控提供参考。方法采用德国布鲁克质谱仪对分离的177株疑似沙门菌进行鉴定并进行血清学分型,VITEK 2Compact全自动微生物分析系统进行药敏试验。结果 177株沙门菌的食品暴露源主要为肉与肉制品和粮食类及其制品;检出前3位血清型分别为鼠伤寒沙门菌(60.45%,107/177)、肠炎沙门菌(10.17%,18/177)和伦敦沙门菌(9.04%,16/177)。对左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦和复方新诺明的耐药率分别为2.26%、3.39%、9.04%、12.43%、7.91%、77.97%、47.46%和35.03%。结论有必要加强对市场中的肉与肉制品和粮食类制品进行监测;同时依据沙门菌的血清型及耐率药,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。Objective To analyze the serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella from January 2016 to June 2018 in Lishui area in order to analyze food exposure and provide reference for clinical reasonable use of antibiotics.Methods Totally,177 strains of suspected Salmonella were identified and seropositive type were performed by German Bruker mass spectrometer.The drug sensitivity test was carried out by the Vitek-2 automatic microorganism analysis system.Results The top three separated Salmonella are Salmonella typhimurium(60.45%,107/117),Salmonella enteritis(10.17%,18/117)and Salmonella London(9.04%,16/117).The drug resistance rate of them to levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,cefepime,ampicillin,Ampicillin/Sulbactam and sulfamethoxazole were respectively 2.26%,3.39%,9.04%,12.43%,7.91%,77.97%,47.46%and 35.03%.Conclusion It is necessary to monitor meat products and food products in the market.Clinical department should also be timely understand the Salmonella serotype distribution and drug resistance for reasonably use of antibiotics.
