摘 要:目的探讨肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)患者与健康者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞及自然杀伤(NK)细胞的分布及临床意义。方法收集2017年8月-2018年6月在浙江省人民医院住院的65例肾病综合征患者和65例体检健康者的外周血,采用外周血和荧光标记抗体共同孵育的方法,用流式细胞技术检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群、CD19+B淋巴细胞、NK细胞的分布频率。结果 65例NS患者中的CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞频率显著高于65例健康者(P <0.05),NK细胞频率显著低于健康者,上述差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞及NK细胞在评估肾病综合征患者免疫功能中具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the distribution and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets,B cells and natural killer(NK)cells in the peripheral blood of patients with nephrotic syndrome and healthy people.Methods The peripheral blood samples of 65 hospitalized NS patients and 65 healthy persons were collected from August 2017 to June 2018 in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital,and then peripheral blood and fluorescently labeled antibody were used for co-incubation.Flow cytometer was used to detect the percentage of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte and NK cells.Results The CD3+,CD8+T lymphocyte of 65 patients with NS were significantly higher than that of 65 healthy persons(P<0.05),and NK cell frequency was significantly lower than that of healthy people,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CD3+,CD4+T lymphocytes and NK cell may play a critical role in the evaluation of immune function of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
