摘  要:火箭的运载能力决定着中国航天的高度,而运载能力的提升面临的是复杂巨系统的难题,这不仅涉及科学问题,而且属于工程技术问题。复杂巨系统工程管理能力的提升有赖于对工程规律的掌握和构建科学完善的科研生产管理体系。科学完善的科研生产管理体系主要包括基于模型的精细化流程管理方法体系、基于目标的创新性试验验证体系、基于并行工程思想的模块化组织管理体系和基于协同的产业和创新生态体系。我们可以从工程模因的维度对科研生产管理体系是否完善进行判断,从而更加清晰地探寻工程规律,为航天复杂巨系统难题的解决指明方向。The launch capacity of the rocket determines the height of China's aerospace industry,and improving the launch capacity is faced with the difficulty of complex giant system,which not only involves scientific problems,but also belongs to engineering and technical problems.Improving the engineering management ability for complex giant system depends on the mastery of engineering laws and the establishment of a scientific research and production management system,which mainly includes the model-based refined process management method system,the goal-based innovative test and verification system,the modular organization management system based on the concurrent engineering idea,and the overall planning ecosystem for environment and resources based on coordination.We can judge whether the scientific research and production management system is perfect or not from the dimension of engineering meme,so as to explore the engineering law more clearly,and chart the course for solving the problem of aerospace complex giant system.
