摘　　要：目的探讨冲洗时机对坏死性胰腺炎胰周感染引流术后恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析采取双入路小切口对冲引流方法患者的临床资料,依照术后冲洗时间不同将病人分为早期冲洗组(开始冲洗时间≤72 h)和晚期冲洗组(开始冲洗时间>72 h),观察两组患者的预后情况。结果早期冲洗组在并发症发生率、再手术率上明显低于晚期冲洗组,术后住院时间明显短于晚期冲洗组且具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论坏死性胰腺炎胰周感染患者术后早期开始冲洗可明显降低并发症发生率及再手术率,且住院时间明显缩短,有效改善患者预后。Objective To explore the effect of different postoperative lavage time on recovery of patients with necrotic pancreatitis and peripancreatic infection after drainage.Methods Clinical data of patients undergoing bilateral minimally invasive postoperative double-catheter lavage were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an early lavage group(time to initial lavage≤72 h)and a late lavage group(time to initial lavage>72 h)according to the postoperative lavage time.The prognosis of the two groups was monitored.Results The early lavage group had a significantly lower incidence of complication and reoperation,and shorter length of stay than the late lavage group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative lavage can contribute to lower complication rate and reoperation rate,shorter the length of stay and improved prognosis for patients with necrotic pancreatitis and peripancreatic infection.
