摘　　要：目的 通过分析驻藏某部医院住院官兵疾病谱的分布和特征规律,为驻藏部队疾病防治、训练伤防控、高原卫勤保障训练演练提供参考和借鉴.方法 调取驻藏某部医院军字一号HIS系统中2012-2019年度病人主索引、病人住院主记录和主要诊断数据,按照国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)进行分类、统计和分析.结果 排名占前10位的是呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、肌肉骨骼和结缔组织疾病、循环系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、某些传染病和寄生虫病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病、神经系统疾病、症状体征和不明情况.传染病和寄生虫病位次明显上升.结论 在掌握环境、季节、训练、疾病、部队特点等方面相互关系的基础上,加强卫生防疫力量建设和多部门协同,积极采取疾病预防控制措施,保障官兵健康,提高部队战斗力.Objective To analyze the distribution and feature of disease spectrum of in-hospital soldiers in a military hospital in Tibet,so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of diseases,prevention and control of training injury and support of training and drilling of medical services in Tibetan troops.Methods The data of master patient index,master inpatient record and primary diagnosis between 2012 and 2019 from No.1 Military HIS system of a military hospital in Tibet were classified and analyzed according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision(ICD-10).Results The top ten diseases were respiratory disease,digestive disease,injury and poisoning,musculoskeletal and connective tissue disease,circulatory disease,genitourinary disease,certain infectious and parasitic diseases,skin and subcutaneous tissue disease,nervous disease,and symptoms&signs and uncertainties.Among them,certain infectious and parasitic diseases rank rose markedly compared with before.Conclusion Upon understanding the interaction among environment,seasons,training,disease and troop characteristics,we should strengthen the efforts on health and epidemic prevention and multi-sector coordination and take active prevention and control measures to safeguard the health of soldiers and improve their combat effectiveness.
