摘　　要：目的探讨PKP三柱强化治疗无神经症状Kummell病的效果及技术要点。方法选取2015-11—2019-02间在漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院接受PKP三柱强化治疗的无神经症状的Kummell病患者。统计手术时间、骨水泥渗漏情况;分别记录术前和术后随访期间的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、伤椎椎体高度、Cobb角。结果患者均顺利完成手术,3例发生骨水泥渗漏。随访6个月期间患者的VSA评分、ODI评分、伤椎椎体高度、Cobb角均较术前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PKP三柱强化是治疗无神经症状Kummell病的有效手段,并发症少,可有效缓解患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the efficacy and technical points of PKP three-column intensive treatment of Kumell disease without neurological symptoms.Methods Select from November 2015 to February 2019 in our hospital for patients without neurological symptoms of kummell disease,using PKP three-column intensive treatment,count the operation time and bone cement leakage.The visual analogue scales(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),Cobb's Corner,and the height of the injured vertebral body were recorded before surgery,1 day after surgery,3 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery.Results All patients underwent successful operation.The follow-up time was no less than 6 months.There were 3 cases of bone cement leakage.The VSA score,ODI score,vertebral body height and Cobb angle of the patients during the follow-up period of 6 months were significantly improved than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP three-column strengthening is an effective means to treat Kummell disease with no neurological symptoms,and the complications are few,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
