摘  要:当今世界互联网飞速发展,传统的城市规划分析方法受到来自大数据分析方法的强烈冲击,针对目前城市快递物流点的分布现状,在传统的空间句法模型基础上,将POI兴趣点结合GIS数据分析技术引入城市快递物流点的空间格局研究中,从而构建了传统数据分析与大数据分析有机结合的空间格局。通过对合肥市瑶海区、蜀山区、庐阳区以及包河区的研究发现:空间句法模型和POI大数据分析所得城市快递物流业的集聚区域在空间上并不完全一致;同时,通过快递物流点与居民点建立缓冲区分析,并针对快递物流点的布局提出决策意见,为方便居民生活和实现城市的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of the Internet in the world today, traditional urban planning analysis methods have been strongly impacted by big data analysis methods. According to the current distribution of urban express logistics points, based on the traditional spatial syntax model, POI points of interest are combined with GIS data analysis technology. Introduced into the spatial pattern research of urban express logistics points, thereby constructing a spatial pattern that organically combines traditional data analysis and big data analysis. The research on Yaohai District, Shushan District, Luyang District and Baohe District of Hefei City found that: the spatial syntactic model and the POI big data analysis obtained from the urban agglomeration logistics industry’s agglomeration areas are not completely consistent in space;at the same time, through the express logistics point Establish a buffer zone analysis with the residential areas, and put forward decision-making opinions on the layout of the express logistics points, providing a reference for the convenience of residents and the realization of sustainable urban development.
