摘　　要：本文研究分析了热压铸氧化铝陶瓷生产中油酸、低密度聚乙烯含量对氧化铝喂料的影响,模具温度以及脱脂温度曲线对氧化铝陶瓷坯体的影响,并且在此基础上结合现有喂料配方及生产工艺,成功生产出具有复杂结构的氧化铝陶瓷,有效解决了复杂结构氧化铝陶瓷产品生产中出现的技术难题。In this article,the influence of additive amount of oleic acid and LDPE toward feeding process of Hot-injection Moulding alumina ceramics was evaluated.Also,the function of mold temperature and degreasing temperature to the Alumina ceramic body was uncovered.On the basis of aforementioned research,Alumina ceramic with complex structure was finally fabricated combining with present feed formulation as well as manufacturing technique,which effectively solved the technology problems emerging in the manufacture procedure.
