摘 要:以杉木实生苗为材料,采用营养液水培试验法,同时设置5个铝胁迫浓度,探究在不同铝胁迫浓度下叶绿素荧光参数的变化情况。结果表明:随着铝胁迫浓度的增加,杉木叶片的叶绿素荧光参数也发生了改变。总的来说,杉木叶片的Fo、Fm和Fv均随着铝胁迫浓度的增加呈现出先降低后升高的趋势;Fv/Fm、QY均表现出先升高后降低再升高最后降低的趋势;Fv/Fo随着浓度的增加先降低后升高再降低;Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo以及QY均在1.0 mmol/L时达到最低值;NPQ均明显高于CK,且随着铝浓度的增加变化趋势与Fv/Fm和QY相一致,且在1.5 mmol/L时达到最高值;Q p均明显高于CK,且随着铝浓度的增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,在铝浓度为1.0 mmol/L时达最高值。In this experiment,Chinese fir seedlings were used as the material,nutrient solution hydroponics test method was adopted,and five aluminum stress concentrations were set at the same time to explore the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under different aluminum stress concentrations.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Chinese fir leaves changed with the increase of aluminum stress concentration.In general,the Fo,Fm and Fv of Chinese fir leaves decreased first and then increased with the increase of aluminum stress concentration;the values of Fv/Fm and QY showed a trend of increasing-decreasing-increasing-decreasing.The value of Fv/Fo decreased first and then increased and then decreased with the increase of concentration.Fo,Fm,Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and QY all reached their lowest values at 1.0 mmol/L.NPQ values were significantly higher than CK,and the trend of change with the increase of aluminum concentration was consistent with Fv/Fm and QY,and reached the highest value at 1.5 mmol/L.All the Q p were significantly higher than CK,and with the increase of aluminum concentration,the Q p values first increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum value at the aluminum concentration of 1.0 mmol/L.
