摘  要:[目的]筛选降香(Dalbergia odorifera T.C.Chen ex Chun)幼苗最适宜的培育基质配比,从而加快人工种苗繁育进程。[方法]采用L 9(34)正交试验法,以红壤土、泥炭土、蛭石和椰糠土为基质,分析不同基质配比下降香幼苗的生长指标和结瘤数量。[结果]降香幼苗最适育苗基质为红壤土∶泥炭土∶蛭石∶椰糠土=3∶1∶1∶2;幼苗生长3个月后,有效磷和速效氮含量处于偏低水平,需要适当补充氮肥和磷肥。[结论]该研究可为降香幼苗培育及当地人工林的种植提供理论依据。[Objective]To select the most suitable matrix ratio of Dalbergia odorifera seedlings,so as to speed up the process of artificial breeding.[Method]L 9(34)orthogonal test was used to analyze the growth and nodulation of the D.odorifera seedlings with different substrate compositions of red loam soil,peat soil,vermiculite and coconut chaff soil.[Result]The optimum substrate for seedling cultivation was red loam soil∶peat soil∶vermiculite∶coconut chaff soil=3∶1∶1∶2.Moreover,the contents of available phosphorus and available nitrogen was in a low level when the seedlings grew for three months,so it was necessary to apply nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer properly.[Conclusion]The study could provide theoretical basis for seedling cultivation and afforestation of D.odorifera.
