宽叶雀稗对养分缺乏胁迫的形态与生理响应

摘　　要：为探索宽叶雀稗(Paspalum wetsfeteini)耐瘠薄机理,采用分蘖繁殖获得其相同基因型试验苗,通过盆栽养分胁迫试验,分析胁迫后10~60 d幼苗叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛等含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性。结果表明,SOD、POD活性在养分胁迫后20 d达到峰值,脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和CAT活性则在养分胁迫后30 d达到峰值。叶绿素含量在养分胁迫后10~30 d无显著变化(P>0.05),40 d时出现显著降低(P<0.05)。丙二醛含量在胁迫后10~20 d无显著差异,30 d开始出现显著上升(P<0.05)。胁迫60 d后,养分胁迫的宽叶雀稗株高、叶长、叶宽、根长、根表面积分别是对照的55.61%、64.85%、65.0%、140%、136%,同时叶肉细胞更为狭长,叶背绒毛长约为对照的5%。To explore the mechanism of Paspalum wetsfeteini under nutrient deficiency stress,the identical genotype seedlings was bred by tillering reproduction to test the contents of chlorophyll,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT.The results showed that SOD and POD activities reached the highest value after 20 days of nutrient deficiency,the contents of proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and CAT activities peaked after 30 days of nutrient stress.Chlorophyll content did not change significantly(P>0.05)in 10 to 30 days under nutrient deficiency until 40 days and later(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde showed no significant difference in 10 to 20 days after stress,but increased significantly after 30 days(P<0.05).After 60 days of stress,the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,total root length and root surface area were 55.61%,64.85%,65.0%,140%and 136%of fertilization treatment,respectively.At the same time,mesophyll cells became narrower and longer,and leaf back villi shortened to be about 5%of the fertilization treatment.
