摘 要:以STM32单片机最小系统作为主控板,采用模块化设计方案,由激励信号、采集信号、通讯等模块组成一个伺服式拾振器的自校准系统。激励信号模块由可编程波形发生器AD9833产生正弦波信号,从而激励拾振器;采集信号模块由24位的高精度模数转换器ADS1256采集拾振器输出的模拟信号;通讯模块通过MAX3232与上位机进行通讯。In this paper,a servo-type self-calibration system for vibration pickup is developed by using the STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control board,with the adoption of modular design scheme. The self-calibration system is composed of several modules,including but not limited to excitation signal module,acquisition signal module,communication module. The excitation signal module generates a sine wave signal to excite the vibration pickup by a programmable waveform generator AD9833. The acquisition signal module is composed of a 24-bit high-precision analog-to-digital converter ADS1256 to acquire the analog signal output from the vibration pickup. The communication module communicates with the upper computer through MAX3232.
