摘　　要：研究了湿度传感器在温湿度检定箱中的校准方法,与在湿度发生器中校准的修正值进行比较并评价,分析了湿度传感器在温湿度检定箱中校准的可行性。The calibration method of humidity sensors in the temperature and humidity standard chambers was studied.The correction values calibrated in the humidity generator were compared and evaluated,the feasibility of the humidity sensors calibration in the temperature and humidity standard chambers was analyzed.
