喹诺酮类抗生素药物不良反应发生情况分析及其临床合理用药探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨喹诺酮类抗生素临床用药不良反应发生情况。方法收集2014年12月—2019年12月在沈阳二四五医院使用喹诺酮类药物引发药物不良反应患者的临床资料,统计分析喹诺酮类药物临床使用情况。结果静脉给药和左氧氟沙星发生药物不良反应占比最高,不良反应主要累及神经系统。中青年组和老年组药物不良反应累及的脏器有所不同,中青年组药物不良反应恢复时间短于老年组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论抗生素的临床使用应严格遵循药物适应证,依据药物敏感性试验选择用药,合理进行药物联合使用,以预防不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the adverse reactions of quinolones in clinical use.Methods The clinical data of patients with adverse drug reactions induced by quinolones in Shenyang No.245 Hospital from December 2014 to December 2019 was collected,and clinical use of quinolones was analyzed.Results Intravenous administration and levofloxacin accounted for the highest proportion of adverse drug reactions,and the adverse drug reaction mainly involved the nervous system.The organs involved in adverse drug reactions were different between young and middle-aged groups and the elderly groups(P<0.05).The recovery time of adverse drug reactions in the young and middle-aged groups was shorter than that in the elderly groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of antibiotics should strictly follow the drug indications,select sensitive drugs according to drug sensitivity test,and rationally use drugs combination to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
