沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年急性左心功能不全缓解期并左室射血分数降低的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对老年急性左心功能不全缓解期并左室射血分数降低的治疗效果。方法收集2019年1—12月沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的老年急性左心功能不全缓解期并左室射血分数降低患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,在常规治疗基础上对照组加用贝那普利、观察组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠,比较两组治疗前和治疗1个月后血钾、血钠、血清NT-ProBNP水平以及体质量和6 min步行距离、左心室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径和左室射血分数。结果治疗1个月后,两组NT-ProBNP、6 min步行距离、体质量和左室射血分数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组血钾、血钠、左心室收缩末期内径和左室舒张末期内径差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在短期内治疗老年急性左心功能不全缓解期并左室射血分数降低的疗效较为确切,但其对心肌重塑影响较小,必要时需要联合其他药物进行治疗。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sacubatrovalsartan sodium on elderly patients with acute left ventricular dysfunction(ALVD)in remission stage and lower left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with ALVD in remission stage and lower LVEF admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from January to December of 2019 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was added with benazepril,and the observation group was added with sacubatroversartan sodium.The levels of serum potassium,sodium,serum NT proBNP,body mass and 6-minute walking distance(6 MWD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and LVEF were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 1 month.Results After 1 month treatment,there were significant differences in NT proBNP,6 MWD,body mass and LVEF between the two groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in serum potassium,serum sodium,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubatrovalsartan sodium can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with ALVD remission and lower LVEF in a short period of time,but it has little effect on myocardial remodeling,so it needs to be combined with other kinds of drugs when necessary.
