摘　　要：改革创新是实现高校思政课创新发展的根本动力。在"课程思政"视角下,民办高校思想政治理论课教学改革与创新是实现立德树人目标的必然要求,是推动新时代高校思想政治教育改革的必然趋势,是促进当代大学生全面发展的必然结果,是引导民办高校正确办学方向的必要前提。思政课教师是学校思想政治工作的中坚力量,是思想政治理论课课堂教学的实践者,增强思政课的思想性、理论性和针对性、亲和力,提升民办高校思想政治教育质量,思政课教师责任重大,责无旁贷,必须优化民办高校思想政治理论课教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价、考核方式和实践教学。To realize the innovative development of ideological and political theory course in universities,reform and Innovation should be regarded as the fundamental impetus.Under the view of"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses",reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course teaching in private universities should be deemed as the inevitable requirement to realize the goal of cultivating people with morality,as the inevitable trend to promote the reform of ideological and political education in universities in the new era,as the inevitable result to promote the all-round development of contemporary college students,and as the necessary condition to guide the correct school-running direction of private universities.The teachers in ideological and political courses are the backbone force in the ideological and political work in the school,and they are the practitioners in their class teaching.Therefore,the teachers in ideological and political courses have great and inescapable responsibility to strengthen the ideological,theoretical,targeted and inclusive property of ideological and political theory courses,and improve the quality of ideological and political education in private universities.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in private universities in aspects such as the teaching ideals,teaching content,teaching method,teaching evaluation,examination methodand practice teaching.
