摘 要:采用室内研究法,研究黄粉虫、蟋蟀、蟑螂、大麦虫等4种活体饲料对海南捕鸟蛛取食、存活、生长特征和毒素蛋白含量等生物学特性的影响。结果表明:供试4种饲料处理后,蟋蟀和蟑螂喂养海南捕鸟蛛的成活率显著较高,成活率分别为86.67%和93.33%;4种饲料中,海南捕鸟蛛更喜食蟋蟀,周取食量为0.69 g,显著高于其他处理组的取食量;4种饲料对海南捕鸟蛛的体重、体长及头部长的影响均无显著差异;但黄粉虫喂养对海南捕鸟蛛腹部长的影响较其它饲料存在显著差异,平均每只为31.84 mm;蟋蟀处理组海南捕鸟蛛分泌毒液的蛋白浓度和总量显著较高,蛋白浓度为32.20(μg/μL),蛋白总量为9660.00μg/只。以海南捕鸟蛛的取食量、存活率及毒素蛋白含量为评价指标,从增加蜘蛛产毒量的目的来看,蟋蟀较适宜作为室内人工饲养海南捕鸟蛛的活体饲料。In order to study the effects of different fodder types on the feeding rate,mortality and toxin protein production of Cyriopagopus hainanus,four kinds of living fodders including Tencebrio moliton,Gryllidae,Blattodea and Zophobas morio were artificially fed to C.hainanus in the laboratory.The results showed that when the fodders are Gryllidae and Blattodea,the survival rates of C.hainanus are 86.67%and 93.33%respectively,which are significantly higher;C.hainanus prefered to eat Gryllidae with the feed intake amount 0.69 g per week,which is significantly higher than the other treatments(p<0.05);There are no differences between body mass,body length and cephalic length of four fodders.However,the abdominal length merely related to the Tencebrio moliton treatment is significantly higher than the others;and the concentration and total amount of toxin protein in venom from C.hainanus fed by Gryllidae treatment are significantly higher than the other treatments(p<0.05),with the value being 32.20μg·μL^-1 and9660.00μg respectively.According to the purpose for increasing the toxin production,Gryllidae are considered more suitable for indoor artificial breeding of C.hainanus assessed by virtue of feed intake,survival rate and toxin protein quantity.
