摘　　要：运用系统论和协同学的理论分析我国竞技排球制胜系统的组成要素、动力来源及动力实现过程,在此基础上建立协同运行机制的模型,并根据该模型对我国竞技排球制胜系统的现实困境和提升路径作出分析。研究认为,我国竞技排球制胜系统由技术、战术等内部制胜要素和政策、环境等外部制胜要素所组成,开放性和不平衡性是使其产生运行动力的前提和源泉,获得协同效应是其运行的目标导向,建立培养优秀排球运动员的机制是其序参量,自组织是构建我国竞技排球制胜系统的内外部各要素(子系统)的运行方式,在此之上建立竞技排球制胜系统的运行机制为评估、沟通、合作、协调、序参量管理、反馈,重新评估以及在序参量役使之下的新的沟通、合作、协调等一系列相互联系的基本活动的运行。发展动力高度维系于外部的政策、管理等要素的推动力,其自身丧失了自组织的能力和发展动力,是当前我国竞技排球项目发展不均衡的真正根源。因此,尊重并利用差异性使制胜系统内部子系统各要素产生良性竞争,强调对整体的关注并建立整体训练网络引导制胜系统有序发展,重视偶然性并给予各要素(子系统)充分自由,促使制胜系统顺畅运行等策略,是提升我国竞技排球制胜系统运行的有效路径。By using the system theory and synergetic,this paper analyzed the components,motive source and actualization process of China volleyball winning system,and established the model of synergistic operation mechanism on this basis,and analyzed the realistic predicament and improvement path of China volleyball winning system according to the model.Studies suggest that China volleyball winning system constitute with internal winning elements such as technology,tactics,etc.and external winning elements such as policy,environment and so on,openness and imbalance is the premise and to its operating power source,gain synergy is the goal of its operation guide,set up the system of cultivating excellent volleyball players is the order parameter,the organization is to build China volleyball winning system of internal and external factors(subsystem)operation mode,on top of that to build the running mechanism of China volleyball winning system for the assessment,communication,cooperation,coordination,management of order parameter,feedback,reassessment and the operation of a series of interrelated basic activities under the command of order parameters such as new communication,cooperation,coordination,etc.The driving force of development is highly maintained by the external impetus of policy,management and other factors,and it has lost the ability of self-organization and the driving force of development,which is the real source of unbalanced development of competitive volleyball in China.Therefore,respect and use diversity to produce benign China winning system internal subsystem elements,emphasize the attention to the overall training and establish the whole network boot winner system orderly development,attaches great importance to the accident and the elements or subsystems should be free to winning system running smoothly strategy is to improve competitive volleyball in China,such as winning the effective path of system operation.
