摘  要:航空兵在局部战争和武装冲突中的使用经验显示,战斗任务的完成效率不仅取决于武器装备的性能,还取决于机组和战斗指挥人员的战术素养水平。本文针对航空兵试验、训练靶场存在的问题,论证了构建电子靶场的必要性、可行性以及电子靶场的主要功能和目标,提出了电子靶场中对歼击航空兵战训活动的自动化评估方法。这种方法可用于评估自动化系统(电子靶场)目标的掩护结果,也可在构建未来机组作战指挥人员和空勤人员战术综合模拟器时使用。此外,还提出了可对歼击航空兵机组和战术机群行动结果进行实时评估的自动化评估程序和算法模型,下一步将根据歼击航空兵的宗旨,编制自动化评估算法软件。The role that fighter aviation plays during the local war and armed conflicts shows that task-performing efficiency depends not only on the performance of military equipment but also on tactical level of aviation crews and combat commanders.Considering the existing problems of aviation shooting range,the necessity and feasibility for constructing the electronic shooting range and its main functions and objectives are discussed.An automated evaluation method for fighter aviation training activities in the electronic shooting range is proposed,which can evaluate the covering effect on the target,and contribute in developing future tactic comprehensive simulator for commanders and aviation crews.The paper suggests an estimation procedure and a new model of algorithm when automatically assessing the actions of the crews and tactical groups of fighter aviation in real time.Future efforts could be made in formulating automated evaluation algorithm software in accordance with fighter aviation.
