摘 要:为解决在传统植物油储罐氮封控制中,存在系统过渡时间较长及控制阀动作滞后等问题,设计一种基于PLC的抛物线分程控制系统。依据氮封压力,通过PLC模拟量输出控制氮封阀和放空阀的抛物线开度曲线。由于没有积分控制规律,不存在滞后,使系统对于扰动的克服更快,系统过渡时间更短、更平稳,安全性也更高。In order to solve the problems of long system transition time and control valve lag in traditional vegetable oil storage tank nitrogen seal control, a parabolic split-range control system based on PLC was designed. According to the nitrogen seal pressure, the parabolic opening curve of the nitrogen seal valve and the vent valve is controlled by the PLC analog output. Since there is no integral control law, there is no lag, which makes the system overcome the disturbance faster, the system transition time is shorter, more stable, and the safety is higher.
