摘  要:研究杨木CTMP制浆工艺中化学浸渍单元中氢氧化钠、亚硫酸钠两种化学药剂添加量对纸浆纤维束含量以及纤维平均长度、宽度的影响。结果表明:低温环境下氢氧化钠用量的提高可以提高纤维平均长度,但是同样会增加纸浆中的纤维束含量;而增加亚硫酸钠用量对提高纤维平均长度作用不明显,但可以降低纸浆中纤维束的含量;高温环境下,亚硫酸钠对纸浆纤维束浓度降低的效果更加明显。Effects of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfite on fiber bundle content and fiber mass average length and width in chemical impregnation unit of poplar CTMP pulping were studied.The results show that increasing the amount of sodium hydroxide in low temperature environment can improve the average length of fiber mass,but it will also increase the content of fiber bundle in pulp,while the increase of sodium sulfite amount can not significantly improve the average length of fiber mass,but it can reduce the content of fiber bundle in pulp.The effect of sodium sulfite on the decrease of fiber bundle concentration of pulp is more obvious under high temperature environment.
