摘 要:电子吊舱作为机载外挂设备,不仅在刚强度设计、可靠性、透波、重量等方面有要求,而且在淋雨、砂尘、霉菌、盐雾等环境适应性方面也有较高的要求。文中通过吊舱结构设计、材料选型、铺层设计和工艺设计,保证其刚强度和功能性要求,以适应恶劣的工作环境,保障载机和吊舱内电子设备的安全,最终完成了复合材料电子吊舱的研制和飞行验证,可为其他吊舱设备的设计和工程应用提供指导。As airborne external hanging equipment, the electronic pod not only has requirements in the aspects of rigidity and strength design, reliability, wave transmission, weight, etc., but also has higher requirements in the aspects of environmental adaptability such as rain, sand dust, mould, salt fog, etc. In this paper the structure design, material selection, layer design and process design of the pod are carried out to meet the rigidity & strength and functional requirements of the pod to adapt to the harsh work environment and to ensure safety of the carrier and the electronic equipment in the pod. Finally, the development and flight verification of the composite electronic pod are completed, which can provide guidance for the design and engineering application of other pod equipment.
