摘  要:天线阵面往往以天线骨架为基准进行安装,其装配精度决定天线的电讯指标是否满足要求。某大阵面雷达经长时间使用后,其天线骨架发生变形,不能继续作为装配基准。文中针对这一问题,对在丧失原有基准的情况下如何进行高精度装配进行了研究。文中对现状进行分析,重新合理选择基准,确定最优装配顺序,设计工装及工艺装配件,合理选择靶标点,使用激光跟踪仪实时监测装配精度,并通过现场装配验证了方案的可行性,以较高指标完成了装配。电性能测试结果表明,以该方案装配完成的天线阵面在实际运行中状态良好,指标稳定,较好地满足了使用要求。The assembly of antenna array is usually based on the antenna framework as basis and the assembly accuracy determines whether the antenna telecommunication index meets the requirements. The antenna framework of a large array radar is deformed after long-term use, so it cannot be used as assembly basis.How to carry out high precision assembly without original basis is studied. This paper analyzes the current situation, selects the new basis, determines the optimal assembly sequence, designs the tooling and process assembly parts, reasonably selects the target mark and uses the laser tracker to monitor the assembly accuracy in real time. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by field assembly and the assembly is completed with higher index. The electrical performance test result shows that the assembled antenna array is in good running condition with stable index and meets the application requirements.
