摘  要:根据Candy-plug型血管支架的设计理念提出了三区段选型的设计思路,采用正交试验的方法确定不同几何参数的NiTi合金血管支架的设计方案,通过SolidWorks软件将设计方案转化为有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件模拟探究不同几何参数对NiTi记忆合金支架的力学性能的影响规律,采用灰色相关分析综合评价力学指标,并结合径向支撑力实验验证确定选型。结果表明:丝径、高度、形状、头数、直径及折弯半径对支架径向支撑力的影响程度逐渐减弱;降低头数和高度或增大丝径会使径向支撑力增加,0.8 mm折弯半径时支架支撑力最佳,M型支架支撑力大于Z型及Z螺旋支架,伴随支架直径的增大,支架径向支撑力呈先增大后减小的趋势;高度、头数、形状、丝径、折弯半径及直径对最大应力的影响程度逐渐下降;直径、丝径与最大应力呈正相关的关系,高度、头数、折弯半径与最大应力呈负相关的关系,Z型支架的应力状态最佳;支架参数改变对支撑力影响大于最大应力;径向支撑力实验与模拟试验结果吻合度较好,验证了模拟试验的准确性。Depending on the design concept of Candy-plug type vascular stent,the design idea of three-section selection was proposed.The design scheme of NiTi alloy stent with different geometric parameters was established by orthogonal design,converted to finite element analysis model with Solid Works software.The ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the influence of different geometric parameters on the mechanical properties of NiTi memory alloy stents.The gray correlation analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the automated index,and the radial support force experiment was used to verify the final selection.The results showed that,the impact of wire diameter,wave height,stent shape,period number,ring diameter and bending radius on the radial support force of the bracket was progressively weakened.The radial support force would be optimized either by reducing the wave height and period number or increasing wire diameter.The stent with 0.8 mm bending radius and M type had larger radial support force.With the increase of the ring diameter,the radial support force of the bracket increased first and then decreased.The degree of influence of height,number of wave height,stent shape,wire diameter,bending radius and ring diameter on the maximum stress gradually decreased.Ring diameter and wire diameter were positively correlated with maximum stress but wave height,period number and bending radius were negatively with maximum stress.The Z type stent showed the best stress state;the influence of the change of the support parameter on the support force was greater than that on the maximum stress.The radial support force experiment was in good agreement with the simulation test results,verifying the accuracy of the simulation experiment.
