摘　　要：近年来,颈部衰老越来越受到人们的关注,出现了很多针对性的治疗。该文就颈部衰老的解剖、分级情况及现有的微创治疗方案3个方面进行综述。颈部的衰老主要体现在不同程度的皮肤松弛、下颌脂肪的突出程度、颈阔肌条索的严重程度、颈部水平横纹的程度。常见的4种分级方式可作为临床评判的参考指标。目前的微创治疗主要有:以补充容量为主的注射填充类;以改善皮肤质地为主的中胚层疗法;以放松肌肉为主的A型肉毒毒素;以促进皮肤新成代谢的光电类。除此之外,还有一些综合治疗及自体活细胞新型治疗。现有的单一治疗效果有限,综合方案才能达到更好的整体效果。相信随着对这一部位的持续关注,未来会出现更多更好的颈部抗衰治疗。Neck aging has attracted more and more attention,and many targeted treatments have emerged in recent years.This article reviews the anatomy,classification and minimally invasive treatment of cervical aging.The cervical aging is mainly reflected in the following four aspects:different degrees of skin relaxation,the prominence of mandibular fat,the severity of latissimus cervicalis stria,and the degree of horizontal cervical stria.Four common grading method can be used as reference indicators for clinical evaluation.Current minimally invasive treatments include injection fillers with supplementary capacity,mesotherapy to improve skin texture,botulinum toxin type A injection with muscle relaxation,and laser therapy to promote skin metabolism.In addition,there are some comprehensive treatment and new autologous cell therapy.The existing treatment has limited efficacy,so the comprehensive scheme can be used to achieve better overall effect.It is believed that with the continuous attention to this area,there will be more and better anti-aging treatment of neck in the future.
