水性外墙氟碳涂料的研究

摘　　要：优选水性含氟乳液为主要成膜物,以金红石钛白粉、滑石粉为填料,搭配适当的分散剂、pH调节剂、润湿剂、增稠剂等功能助剂,最终研制了一款生产成本低、耐候性优异、耐沾污性能突出等独特性能优势的水性外墙氟碳涂料。试验过程分析了水性含氟乳液含氟量和用量、颜填料选择、颜料体积浓度(PVC)等体系配方变化对水性外墙氟碳涂料性能的影响。结果表明:选用含氟量为23%的水性含氟乳液、用量65%,以金红石钛白粉为主填料,调节20%一40%的颜料PVC,所制水性外墙氟碳涂料在耐酸碱、耐水以及耐人工老化方面表现十分优异。Aqueous fluorine-containing emulsion is preferred as the main film-forming material,ruffle titanium dioxide and talc powder are used as fillers,together with appropriate dispersants,pH agents,wetting agents,thickeners and other functional additives,and finally a low production cost,excellent weather resistance,outstanding stain resistance and other unique performance advantages of waterborne external wall fluorocarbon coatings is developed.In the test process,the influence of the formula content of the waterborne fluoroemulsion,such as the fluorine content and dosage,the choice of pigments and fillers,and the pigment volume concentration(PVC),on the performance of the waterborne exterior wall fluorocarbon coating was analyzed.As a result,it was found that an aqueous nuorine—containing emulsion with a fluorine content of 23%,an amount of 65%,and ruffle titanium dioxide as the main filler were used to adjust the PVC of 20%-40%.The waterborne external wall fluorocarbon coating is excellent in acid and alkali resistance,water resistance and artificial aging.
