摘　　要：变压器油箱内表面为油浸式卷铁心系列材质,变压器内壁防腐涂料是一种涂覆在变压器油箱内表面的特种功能型涂料,可以起一定的绝缘作用.主要论述了这种涂料的制备方法,其可使变压器油箱内的工作温度长期维持在110℃,而且浸泡在煤油介质中,漆膜依然具备良好的耐介质性和物理性能;适合变压器油箱封闭环境作业施工的特点,并且施工适宜温度宽泛,局限性相对较低.The inner surface of transformer oil tank is made of oil immersed coil core.The anticorrosive coating for inner wall of transformer is a special functional coating applied on the inner surface of transformer oil tank,which can play a certain role in insulation.In this paper,the preparation method of this kind of coating is discussed,which can keep the working temperature of transformer oil tank at 110 oC for a long time,and soak in kerosene medium,the film still has good medium resistance and physical performance.At the same time,it is suitable for the operation in the closed environment of transformer oil tank,and the construction suitable temperature is wide,and the limitation is relatively low.
