摘　　要：目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)正在我国流行。日间手术具有集中管理、缩短患者在院时间、降低病房感染率的优势。在COVID-19疫情下,日间手术可在严格执行标准预防的基础上开展。同时需要严格地筛选日间手术患者,更加精细地管理日间手术病房,切实做好日间手术患者的术后随访,充分利用网络平台技术,减少患者在院时间。本文就疫情下如何开展日间手术进行探讨。At present,a new type of coronavirus pneumonia[WHO named 2019 Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19)]is circulating in China.Day surgery has the advantages of centralized management,shortening the patient′s time in hospital,and reducing the ward infection rate.In the epidemic of COVID-19,day surgery can be carried out on the basis of strict implementation of standard prevention.At the same time,it is necessary to strictly screen patients for day surgery,to manage the day surgery ward more carefully,to effectively do follow-up of patients after day surgery,and to make full use of network platform technology to reduce the time of patients in hospital.This article discussed how to perform day surgery in the epidemic situation.
