摘　　要：目的分析昆明地区医疗用血单位意见反馈情况,以制订有效的管理措施,最大限度减少临床血液报废率。方法收集整理昆明地区2014年—2018年医疗用血单位有关血液质量方面的意见反馈情况,并进行分析。结果2014年—2018年昆明地区医疗用血单位意见反馈情况总体比较稳定,特别是破袋率呈显著下降趋势,证实了血液中心对医疗用血单位意见反馈的管理工作切实有效。结论对医疗用血单位意见反馈情况进行回顾性分析,通过预防措施的改进完善,可以将血液报废率控制在一个满意的水平,确保血液质量,保障有限的血液资源得到最大限度合理应用。Objective Make the effective preventive measures by analyzing the suggestions and feedback of hospitals implementing transfusion in Kunming area in order to reduce the clinical unqualified rate of blood to the utmost extent and save the precious blood resources.Methods The suggestions and feedback on quality of blood in hospitals implementing transfusion in Kunming area was collected,classify,compare and analyze from 2014 to 2018.Results The situation for suggestions and feedback of hospitals implementing transfusion in Kunming area was generally stable from 2014 to 2018;especially the rate of broken package was significantly decreased.The management for suggestions and feedback of hospitals implementing transfusion in Yunnan Kunming blood center was practical and effective.Conclusions Retrospective analysis for suggestions and feedback of hospitals implementing transfusion were proceeded in order to control the clinical unqualified rate of blood to a satisfactory level and ensure the quality of blood and guarantee the limited blood resources to get the most reasonable application by improving and perfecting the measures.
