COVID-19核酸难转阴的中医验案分析

摘　　要：自从2019冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)爆发以来,笔者在一线参与救治COVID-19患者,发现部分患者病毒核酸转阴时间较长,甚者病程长达40余天,四诊合参,深究根源,发现“瘀证”难化;“湿热”绵长;“夙根”潜祟;体虚久病是其可能的四大原因,通过四诊合参、三因制宜、辨证论治,运用中医药救治患者均已转阴,现分析与总结典型病例,为COVID-19难转阴患者的中医药治疗以及科研提供参考。Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the author has served as the first-line medical staff in the treatment of COVID-19.It was found that it took quite a long time for some patients to get recovered,and some even needed more than 40 days.After a thorough investigation of the root causes,it was found that the four possible causes were“Stasis syndrome”was difficult to treat;“Physical damp heat”was long;“root of disease”was latent;Physical deficiency was chronic.All the patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine have turned negative,and now the typical cases are analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and scientific research of the patients with COVID-19 who are difficult to turn negative.
