摘　　要：人工智能在催生银行不断革新的同时对就业带来"替代效应"和"创造效应",使得人才市场的需求不断调整变化。本研究通过调研山东某高校金融专业学生对人工智能影响就业的认知与态度,进一步分析人工智能背景下劳动力市场变化,从而提出金融专业学生就业质量提升的策略:一是适应人工智能发展新趋势,培养金融专业学生面向未来的能力;二是对接国家人工智能规划新战略,培养金融专业学生自主创新的能力,三是建立产学研三位一体联动新机制,培养金融专业学生适应社会的能力,四是提升终身教育顶层设计理念,培养金融专业学生持续学习的能力。Artificial intelligence has brought about"substitution effect"and"creation effect"to employment while promoting the continuous innovation of banks,making the demand of the talent market constantly change.Through investigating the cognition and attitude of finance majors in a university in Shandong towards the influence of artificial intelligence on employment,this paper further analyzes the changes of labor market under the background of artificial intelligence,and proposes strategies for improving the employment quality of finance majors:adapt to the new trend of the development of artificial intelligence,and cultivate the ability of facing the future;dock with the new strategy of national artificial intelligence planning,and cultivate the ability of independent innovation;establish a new trinity linkage mechanism of production,study and research,and cultivate the ability of adapting to the society;improve the new concept of educational top-level design,and cultivate the ability of continuous learning.
