摘　　要：开展野生小鼠实验动物化以丰富现有实验小鼠品系的基因库,对遗传学、医学等生命科学和人类健康具有重要意义,国内外学者对此进行了不懈的努力。本文拟就野生小鼠实验动物化的重要意义、国内外实验动物工作者近交化培育的成果及对野生来源实验小鼠的研究进展进行阐述。To enrich present gene pools of laboratory animals,culturing the wild-derived mouse strains is becoming more important in the studies of genetics,medicine and human health.Scholars from over the world have made a great effort on it.This article reviewed the importance,the inbreeding works,and researches of the wild-derived mouse strains in recent decades.
