摘　　要：针对沥青烟电除尘器热风吹扫绝缘子系统的特点及防结露技术要求,提出了基于MSC1210单片机的绝缘子箱电加热温度控制仪方案.首先,根据绝缘子热风吹扫工艺要求确定了电加热温控系统的架构,并完成了硬件电路设计;其次,根据环境温度、电除尘器本体温度、绝缘子箱温度和湿度值确定系统的温度设定值;最后,由增量式PID控制算法实现绝缘子箱电加热的闭环控制.Matlab仿真结果表明绝缘子电加热温控技术可以满足绝缘子箱电加热温度控制的要求,在绝缘子防结露方面发挥作用.In accordance with the nature of the asphalt fume electrostatic precipitator(ESP)for the insulator hot air blowing system and the technology of the anti-condensation,a scheme of temperature controller for the insulator box based on MSC1210 is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the framework of the electric heating and temperature control system based on the insulator hot air blowing technology is set up.Secondly,the target temperature is determined by the ambient temperature,the ESP′s body temperature,the insulator box′s temperature and its humidity.Finally,the closed-loop control is realized by the incremental PID control algorithm.The simulation results of Matlab show that the temperature control technology can meet the requirements of insulator box electric heating system,and it will play a role in anti-condensation requirement for insulator.
