摘 要:随着光纤的大量应用,新增光缆数每年都在递增,进而使得光缆验收工作变得愈发繁重。在新建通信光缆完工后的验收过程中,经常遇到光缆纤芯熔接顺序错误,以及光缆不通的情况。使用传统方法进行验收测试时,耗时较长且容易发生误判。为了解决这些问题,文章设计出一套能够实现光缆的纤序、通断、衰耗自动检测的系统,系统采用多路光开关,由STC11F60XE系统板进行控制,解决了光缆验收过程中存在的耗时长、准确率低、专业要求水平高等问题。With the large-scale application of optical fibers,the number of new optical cables keeps increasing every year,the acceptance of optical cables becomes a burden task.In the acceptance process after the completion of the newly built communication optical cable,it is often encountered that the splicing sequence of the optical fiber core is wrong and the optical cable is not connected.When using traditional methods for acceptance testing,it takes a long time and is prone to misjudgment.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs a system that can realize the automatic detection of the fiber sequence,onoff and attenuation of the optical cable.The system uses multiple optical switches and is controlled by the STC11F60XE system board,which solves the problems such as time-consuming,low accuracy,and high professional requirements during the acceptance of the optical cable.
