摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定血液透析用水中的铝、铜、铅、锌、钙、镁、钾、钠、锑、砷、钡、铍、镉、铬、硒、银和铊17种化学污染物。样品用1%硝酸溶液酸化后在最佳仪器条件下进行测定,各元素在线性范围内与质谱响应值线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,方法检出限为0.0013~7.50μg/L。样品加标回收率为83.5%~106.3%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~6.1%(n=7)。该方法简便、准确,检测效率高。The method for simultaneous determination of 17 chemical pollutants(aluminum,copper,lead,zinc,calcium,magnesium,potassium,sodium,antimony,arsenic,barium,beryllium,cadmium,chromium,selenium,silver and thallium)in hemodialysis water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.After the sample was acidified with 1%nitric acid solution,the determination was performed under the best instrument conditions.Each element had a good linear relationship with the mass spectrum response value in the linear range with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.9990,and the detection limits of the method were 0.0013-7.50μg/L.The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 83.5%to 106.3%,and the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.6%to 6.1%(n=7).The method is simple,accurate,which has high detection efficiency.
