摘  要:建立一种液液微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法检测地表水中内吸磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷和马拉硫磷残留量的分析方法。取5 mL地表水样品,以100μL氯苯为溶剂进行萃取,在优化条件下,4种有机磷在5.00~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均不小于0.9900,4种有机磷的检出限为0.05~0.07μg/L,样品加标平均回收率为91.6%~105.0%,相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=6)。该方法具有前处理操作简单、有机溶剂用量少、灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高等优点,适用于地表水中有机磷农药残留的分析。A method for the determination of phosphorus,parathion,parathion methyl and malathion in surface water by liquid-liquid microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.100 mL chlorobenzene as the solvent to extact 5 mL surface water sample.Under the optimized conditions,the linear relationship of the four organophosphorus compounds was good in the range of 5.00-100μg/L.The detection limits were 0.05-0.07μg/L.The recoveries of standard addition were 91.6%-105.0%,and the relative standard deviations were all less than 3%(n=6).This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,less amount of organic solvent,high sensitivity,good recovery and precision,and it is suitable for the analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues in surface water.
