摘 要:水基钻井液钻进页岩气储层的水平井存在井壁易垮塌、漏失风险高、虚泥饼厚、摩阻系数高、套管下入困难等问题,直接影响固井作业质量。分析了水基钻井液钻进页岩气储层段的配套固井作业的技术难点,提出4项技术措施解决相关问题:精准模拟通井,确保套管顺利下入;优化前置液方案,提高顶替效率;优化水泥浆性能,侧重防漏、防塌;优化施工参数附加环空加压双技术提高固井质量。并开展了固井流体包括冲洗隔离液及固井水泥浆的试验研究。研究结果表明,双效抑制性冲洗隔离液体系对水基钻井液滤饼10min的冲洗效率可达92%,页岩滚动回收率可达96.32%,能够较好满足页岩井段固井作业;零自由水胶乳韧性防窜水泥浆体系的弹性模量可以控制在6.6GPa内;低密度领浆中加入质量分数为0.2%的纤维材料可以将填砂管模拟漏失量控制在38mL内;水泥浆优异的稳定性和防漏效果为保障页岩段的固井质量提供了支撑,2019年7月顺利完成了焦页18-10HF井的水平段固井作业,72h的候凝测井曲线显示全井段固井质量优质,平均声幅幅值在10%以内。该技术为后续页岩气井水基钻井液的固井作业提供了借鉴。The horizontal wells that drill water-based drilling fluid into shale gas reservoir have some problems,such as easy collapse of borehole wall,high risk of loss,thick false filter cake,high friction coefficient and difficulty in casing running,which directly affect the cementing operation quality.The difficulties of matching cementing technology for drilling water-based drilling fluid into the shale gas reservoir intervals were analyzed,and four technical measures were put forward,i.e.accurate well simulation to ensure casing running smoothly,optimization of the pad fluid scheme to improve the displacement efficiency,optimization of the performance of cement slurry with an extra focus on leakage and collapse prevention,and optimization of construction parameters with additional annulus pressurization dual technique to improve the cementing quality.Furthermore,the test research was carried out on the cementing fluids including flushing fluid,spacer fluid and cementing slurry.The results show that the dual-effect inhibitory flushing spacer fluid system has a flushing efficiency of 92%and a shale roll recovery of 96.32%for water-based drilling fluid filter cake in 10min,which can well meet the requirements of shale cementing operation.The elastic modulus of the zero free water latex ductile anti-channeling cement slurry system can be controlled within 6.6GPa;the simulated leakage of sand pack can be controlled within 38mL by adding fiber material with mass fraction of 0.2%to the low density collar pulp;the excellent stability of the cement slurry and the leakage-proof effect provide support for ensuring the cementing quality of the shale section.In July 2019,the horizontal cementing operation of Jiaoye 18-10HF well was successfully completed.The 72h waiting-on-cement logging curve shows that the cementing quality of the whole well intervals is high,and the average acoustic amplitude is within 10%.The technique can provide reference for subsequent cementing of water-based drilling fluids in shale gas wells.
