摘 要:为了解施用生石灰对魔芋(Amorphophallus konjac)生产及品质因素的影响,以花魔芋为试验材料,采用盆栽试验与大田试验,分析了施用生石灰后魔芋的出苗率、农艺性状、软腐病发病率、土壤pH、土壤养分、经济产量以及品质的变化。结果表明,施用生石灰对魔芋的出苗率、农艺性状基本无影响,但在降低软腐病发病率方面效果显著;在盆栽试验中(pH 6.16),生石灰施用量为0.0451kg/株时,魔芋软腐病累计发病率最低,为3.15%;在大田试验中(pH 7.16),生石灰施用量为2265.00kg/hm^2时,魔芋软腐病累计发病率最低,为20.51%。施用生石灰对魔芋地块的土壤pH、土壤养分以及魔芋葡甘聚糖含量、产量均有一定影响,表明施用生石灰对魔芋健康生产和品质改善均有积极作用。To study the influence of quicklime application on the production and quality of Amorphophallus konjac,using Amorphophallus konjac as the experimental material,pot experiments and field experiments were conducted to study the effects of fertilizing quicklime on seedling emergence rate,agronomic traits,incidence of soft rot,soil pH,soil nutrient,economic yield and the change in quality of Amorphophallus konjac.The results show that the application of quicklime almost has no effect on the seedling emergence rate and agronomic traits of Amorphophallus konjac,but it has a significant effect on reducing the incidence of soft rot;In the pot experiment(pH 6.16),the cumulative incidence of konjac soft rot is the lowest(3.15%)when the application amount of quicklime is 0.0451kg/plant;In the field experiment(pH 7.16),the cumulative incidence of konjac soft rot is the lowest(20.51%)when the application amount of quicklime is 2265.00kg/hm^2.The application of quicklime has a certain effect on soil pH,soil nutrient,konjac glucomannan content and yield of konjac block.It is shown that the application of quicklime has a positive effect on the health production and quality improvement of Amorphophallus konjac.
