摘  要:棕色脂肪组织(BAT)在肥胖及代谢性疾病中具有重要作用,BAT研究也受到越来越多的重视。^18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT具有无创、灵敏的优点,能够在体、精准评估激活后BAT的分布、体积和活性,为临床预防、治疗肥胖和糖尿病提供了新思路。该文综述了BAT激活方法、18F-FDG PET/CT检查前患者准备、显像方法和临床应用进展。Nowadays,more attentions have been paid on brown adipose tissue(BAT)because BAT plays a great role in individuals with obesity and metabolic diseases.18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET/CT is noninvasive and sensitive to detect the location,volume,and metabolic activity of BAT.^18F-FDG PET/CT for BAT provides new insight for the prevention and clinical management of obesity and diabetes.The review summarizes the methods to activate BAT,the preparation of patients,^18F-FDG PET/CT imaging techniques and clinical application.
